How to Work with Us

Let's Get Started
Give us a call or fill out our easy-to-use Travel Inquiry Form. We offer a COMPLIMENTARY 30-Minute Consultation at which time you can decide which planning service is best for you. Most Planning Service Fees are applicable to your final balance.

Our Proposals
After our call, our team will work to find the best package that suits your needs. You will receive a proposal to review. The proposal will list all of your accommodations and costs.
03/
Ready to Book
Once you've selected your favorite proposal we'll make the reservations, send you the terms & conditions, payment amounts and due dates along with authorization links. Between now and your return home we are available for advice, updates, questions, and more.

Hotel OR Cruise, flights, and transportation For 1-4 guest

Includes 3-5 hotel/resort suggestions, flights, transportation, suggested excursions, destination recommendations, and when applicable rental cars, trains, guides, etc. for 1-4 guest *Not applicable to final balance

Air Ticket Processing Fee |$40
Per person fee for issuing air tickets only. This fee is in addition to ticket cost and is not applied to the total.
